Working as a Scrum Master always means to me: help a team to become agile or learn scrum and work together in teamwork. To help people working to together in a scrum team, I've created a poster from the opposite of Patrick Lencioni's Book 5 dysfunctions of team. This poster helps my team to always remember the 5 core values of successful a team. The 5 values are structured as in a pyramid, without the lowest, the overlying ones have no foundation.
